      石墨烯生产技术 配方及应用专辑

        石墨烯具有优异的力学、电子、光学以及热学性质,已经被广泛应用于纳电子、能量存储、催化、生物传感器等领域。石墨烯被应用于石墨烯薄膜及纤维、石墨烯水凝胶、石墨烯基传感材料、石墨烯基储能材料、石墨烯复合材料。 在实际应用中,二维石墨烯片层之间极易发生团聚现象,很难在复合材料中均匀分散,大大削弱了石墨烯原本的特性。因此需要将石墨烯分散在有机溶剂或表面活性剂水溶液中,依靠静电斥力或分子间作用力,实现石墨烯的单层分散。均一、稳定的分散液是石墨烯在众多领域应用和研究的重要条件但是目前报道的石墨烯分散液浓度都较低,单层含有率低,限制了石墨烯发展。


         由于石墨烯不亲水也不亲油,且范德华力容易导致团聚,无法和很多水性聚合物(如橡胶胶乳、涂料等)实现高分散度的复合,阻碍了其在复合材料领域的很多应用。因此,制备高分散的石墨烯分散液具有重要的应用价值。若要石墨烯优异的物理化学性能得到充分利用,首先要求石墨烯可稳定地分散于水系或有机溶剂体系中。所以解决石墨烯的分散问题就成为石墨烯有效利用的前提和关键因素。而制备石墨烯分散液是解决石墨烯分散的最实际有效途径之一。
